Why does one section of my tree light up while another doesn't? For lights to work, ensure all 3 section connectors are secure. Align the raised male end(with metal pins) with the recessed female end(with socket holes) and then push in firmly and twist the screw cap to lock. The base of my Christmas tree is very wobbly. Is this normal? Significant wobbling is not normal and is often due to improper installation. When connecting the base to Part C, tighten all three screws simultaneously, making sure the screws are fully inserted into the holes in the base and balanced.
